We want to let you know that as a team, our office is doing all we can to protect not only you but also us. As an office we have ALWAYS followed strict CDC protocols from washing our hands to disinfecting surfaces and sterilizing all instruments.  Prior to your appointment:

• Have your child brush his/her teeth and use the bathroom before the appointment. Bring sunglasses if the light is in issue.

• Please fill out the COVID SCREENING FORM ONLY-FOR EACH CHILD IF YOU HAVEN’T DONE SO ALREADY

• WE WILL NEED A COVID FORM WEEKLY

• When you arrive, STAY IN YOUR CAR, and CALL 973-992-5555, the office door will be locked.

• EVERYONE ENTERING THE OFFICE MUST WEAR A FACE MASK COVERING, HAVE THEIR TEMPERATURES TAKEN AND SANITIZE THEIR HANDS.  Anyone with a fever over 100 will be asked to reschedule. 

• We are limiting the number of people in the office, if you must accompany your child, we are only allowing ONE guardian into the office. We will NOT ALLOW any other siblings or family members that are not being treated into the office. PATIENTS ONLY permitted in treatment rooms.
